Jim Montgomery has revealed some terrible news regarding Boston Bruins defenseman Andrew Peeke's injury.
Not only did the Boston Bruins lose to the Toronto Maple Leafs 4-0 on Tuesday, but they also lost a defenseman after Andrew Peeke took a controversial hit that would cause him to miss the game.
This play happened early into the first period, as Andrew Peeke was trying to play the puck along the boards, he got blindsided by a hit from Max Pacioretty, and you could instantly tell that Peeke was in some discomfort.
