Joe Sacco Facing Major Backlash After Latest Statement On Mistreatment Of A Top Boston Bruins Prospect

Recently, Boston Bruins head coach Joe Sacco has been facing some backlash for mistreating top Boston Bruins prospect Fabian Lysell. Today his latest statement on his has sparked more outrage.
Earlier in the season, the Boston Bruins finally gave Fabian Lysell the opportunity to make his NHL debut after being drafted by the Boston Bruins in the first-round of the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.
The Bruins gave Lysell only one game before sending him back down to the American Hockey League, and Bruins fans were not happy with it.
Once again the Bruins ended up recalling Lysell back up to the NHL on March 21st, and again Sacco faced backlash for healthy scratching him right after they recalled him.
Fans are fed up with the Bruins and Sacco not giving top prospects actual opportunities to prove themselves, and on April 1st it happened again. Lysell was once again healthy scratched ahead of their game against the Washington Capitals.
Sacco stated he was healthy scratched due to the opponent they were playing, but fans want to see how Lysell would hold up against a good, solid, strong team like Washington.
Today Sacco spoke out on the situation and fans are once again not happy.
Sacco Latest Comments On The Mistreatment Of A Top Prospect
Bruins head coach stated that he is trying to get Lysell to understand that the NHL is a hard league, and that every game you have to show up and be ready.

Lysell since being recalled has been one of the best players on the team despite not scoring or picking up any points, so to say this and healthy scratch him just doesn't make sense at all.
