The Boston Bruins Have Placed Two Surprising Players On Injury Reserved Following Announcement

An announcement this morning from the Boston Bruins has revealed that two players are now on Injury Reserved.
This morning just got hectic for the Boston Bruins as they prepare to take on the Tampa Bay Lightning in a rematch following their 4-1 loss to them on Thursday night.
Many fans were shocked to see Matthew Poitras on the ice for the Boston Bruins this morning for their morning skate, but the reason was just revealed on why and it's not good for the Boston Bruins.
The Boston Bruins confirmed that Mark Kastelic and Charlie McAvoy have both been placed on Injury Reserved this morning, but they have not revealed why Charlie Coyle is missing from the team.
Coyle missing from the team is the reason Matt Poitras is going to draw into the Bruins lineup tonight, but it's unclear on why he is not with the team.

The Boston Bruins have also placed Hampus Lindholm on LTIR, and this just seems like a move to allow more cap space with the current injuries the team is facing at the moment.
Mark Kastelic was injured during the Bruins previous meeting with the Tampa Bay Lightning less than a week ago.
It's unclear when or how Charlie McAvoy was injured, but Kevin Paul Dupont believes it happened during the Bruins last game on Saturday when he took high a stick from Sam Bennett to face/throat area in overtime against the Florida Panthers.

The Boston Bruins are going to be missing several key pieces tonight in their rematch against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
