That being said, the organization is seeking who they should acquire, as well as who they should discard this summer, and new insight has unfolded regarding a specific forward who is expected to be out of the roster by tomorrow, July 1st, as free agency strikes.
Boston Bruins forward, Jakub Lauko, set to depart from the franchise this free agency
Lauko is current without a contract due to the fact his previous 2-year, $1.5M deal expired at the end of the 2024/25 NHL season, and now, it seems as though this RFA (Restricted Free Agent) will soon become unrestricted.
As a reporter unveiled yesterday, June 29, that the Boston Bruins organization is set to depart with forward, Jakub Lauko, as his agent, JP Barry, unveiled that he is set to become an UFA (Unrestricted Free Agent).
