A reporter revealed on social media, via "X," that after McAvoy's departure from the game, he was undergoing testing at the rink.
Moments after, a response to the post revealed that it could have been medical staff seeing if this slapshot caused
Charlie McAvoy either a fracture or concussion.
"Charlie McAvoy is undergoing testing at the rink. Marco Sturm is hopeful he will fly home with the team tonight."
