The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney announced some roster news on Friday morning.
Forward Anders Bjork underwent successful surgery on his left should recently.
The surgery was performed by Dr. JP Warner at Massachusetts General Hospital and likely signals that Bjork is done for the regular season and playoffs.
The expected recovery time is approximately five to six months.
