The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney announced some roster moves on Monday.
The team has signed veteran forwards Lee Stempniak and Daniel Winnik to professional tryouts.
Stempniak has 13 seasons of NHL experience having put up 469 points in 909 games including 16 goals and 24 assists two seasons ago in Carolina.
Winnik has a total of 11 seasons of NHL experience with 251 points in 798 games played. Like Stempniak, Winnik had a respectable 2016-17 with 12 goals in 72 games for the Washington Capitals.
Do you think either of these vets will make the NHL roster?
