The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney have made another serious score during free agency.
According to Minnesota Wild insider Michael Russo of The Athletic, the Boston Bruins will be signing forward
Nick Foligno.
The longtime Columbus Blue Jackets forward was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs during the trade deadline last year and decided to hit free agency.
Rumors originally stated he was looking to join his brother Marcus in Minny but wants a shot at a Stanley Cup and believes Boston gives him that chance.
Foligno has 203 goals and 486 points in 957 career NHL games and can throw down as well with 769 penalty minutes.
