David Krejci decides his future with the Boston Bruins

The entire offseason has been surrounded by questions regarding the returns of long time Bruins Patrice Bergeron and David Krejci.
Earlier today, the club signed Bergeron to a one-year, $2.5 million extension.
Now, it was Krejci who made his decision.
Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today, August 8, that the team has signed forward David Krejci to a one-year contract through the 2022-23 season worth $1 million, plus an additional $2 million in performance-based incentives.
Krejci, 36, played the 2021-22 season in the Czechia league for HC Olomouc. Appearing n 51 games, he led the club with 20 goals, 26 assists and 46 points.
Krejci also represented Czechia at the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing, China and at the IIHF World Championship in Finland. In four Olympic Games, he recorded 1 goal and 3 assists. At the World Championships, he finished collected 3 goals and 9 assists for 12 points to help his team win a bronze medal.
