As per Joe McDonald, sports writer for the Worcester Telegram, Boston Bruins captain Patrice Bergeron has made a decision on his future with the team.
McDonald tweeted out late Thursday night:
''Hearing Patrice Bergeron has decided to return likely on a one-year deal with the Bruins.''
Nothing has been confirmed but if this is true, it's massive news for the Bruins and fans as well.
If Bergeron decides to come back for at least one more season, Don Sweeney has no choice but to be super aggressive and go all in this summer.
