The Boston Bruins got a bit or a surprise that wasn't actually a shocking on Wednesday morning.

Defenseman Kevan Miller announced his retirement and has decided to hang up his skates at the age of 33.
After playing for the University of Vermont, Miller has spent his whole career in the Bruins' organization playing for 7 seasons at the NHL level.
He's recorded 71 points and 281 penalty minutes over 352 games but has dealt with injuries the last couple of seasons and didn't suit up at all during the 2019-20 season because of a foot injury.
He was able to get in 28 games this year.
Stick tap and we wish him all the best.
