The Boston Bruins will have some fresh faces on the bench when they host the New Jersey Devils tonight.
Head coach Bruce Cassidy announced after this morning's practice that he was altering the B's roster prior to tonight's game.
Rather than just swapping out a player or two from the lineup, the Bruins are revamping their roster with four new faces who didn't take part in the team's last outing.
Brown played in 46 regular season games with the Ottawa Senators prior to the trade deadline, but he will be making his debut in the Bruins colors tonight.
Up front, forward
Craig Smith is feeling ill and won't suit up tonight, while veteran
Nick Foligno is day-to-day with a lower body injury.
Smith's spot on the third line wing will be filled by centerman
Marc McLaughlin, a freshly signed rookie set to make his NHL debut, while Foligno's role on the fourth line will be taken over by
Anton Blidh.
It'll be interesting to see how all the fresh new faces can fare against the Devils.
