It's the news Boston fans have been awaiting for weeks.
After an unreal month of March in which they posted a 10-3-1 record, the Boston Bruins have been struggling a little bit in April after losing some of their top players to injury.
The Bruins have been going weeks without top scorer
David Pastrnak filling the net, and without top pair defenseman
Hampus Lindholm manning the blue line.
As a direct consequence, four of the B's five wins this month have come by a single goal difference, and the team's power play has gone as cold as the TD Garden's ice.
But following this morning's practice, the team received some amazing news regarding both star players.
It's now only a matter of days before Pastrnak and Lindholm rejoin their teammates for game time. Their much anticipated return will come just at the right time, giving them both a handful of games to shake some rust off before the playoffs.
The Bruins also got some great news between the pipes. Goaltender
Linus Ullmark will also be making a comeback in the next few days, potentially suiting up for Saturday's game against the Rangers, or on Sunday against the Canadiens.
Those are great news for Bruins fans and players alike!
