The Boston Bruins jumped on the ice for practice in Washington earlier today.
The B's are getting ready to take on the Washington Capitals in a 1:30 pm ET matinee game on Sunday.
The first bit of news that was observable at this morning's skate was the fact that one of the B's blueliners was not spotted on the ice.
Hampus Lindholm, who has sat out both of Boston's last two games, has yet to resume skating.
Coach Cassidy was somewhat optimisitic that the top-end blueliner would play on the team's current road trip after the Swede traveled with the team, but this morning's news seem to point in the opposite direction.
The other announcement that will have a direct impact on tomorrow's showdown with the Caps is who will be between the pipes for the Bruins.
After a stellar 28-save outing against the Lightning last night, Cassidy and the B's will once again be turning to
Linus Ullmark to backstop the team to a victory.
Ullmark has won his past six starts, improving his overall record to 23-9-2. The 6'4'' Swede will look to keep his win-streak going and help the B's remain in third place of the Atlantic Division standings.
