No rest for the Boston Bruins as they're right back at it tonight against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Unfortunately they're coming off another tough loss and have now been outscored 8-1 in their last two games.
With Tuukka Rask still out, Jaroslav Halak was between the pipes last night and he had a bit of a brutal first period.
That's why head coach Bruce Cassidy has decided to give him some rest.
Cassidy confirmed with the media this morning that Dan Vladar will make his first career NHL start. The 23 year old is looked at like a part of the Bruins' future between the pipes and has registered a 2.01 goals against average and .923 save percentage in five games with the Providence Bruins this season.
It's not the only change as Cassidy also revealed that Oskar Steen will jump into the lineup as Anders Bjork will head to the press box.
