Things got very heated between the Providence Bruins and the Bridgeport Islanders Sunday afternoon!
It was a chaotic scene in the AHL after a third player jumped into a fight. @BruinsNetwork on Twitter had the full incident:
''Absolute chaos in Providence as
Aatu Raty pins Beecher down after a faceoff, followed by Beecher dragging him into a fight before McLean absolutely launches himself at Beecher mid-fight with Raty. Don't remember the last time I've seen that.''
Beecher and Raty were both given 2-minute minors for roughing, while McLean - the third guy in - received 2 minutes for instigating, 5 minutes for fighting and a 10-minute game misconduct.
Unfortunately, the Bruins dropped the game 5-2 to Bridgeport and are second in the Atlantic Division with a 15-4-5 record.
