EA Sports reveals cover athletes for NHL 23

It's easy to say that the game hasn't changed at all in at least the last five years, so the main attraction is who the cover athlete for the game is.

And this year, the EA has chosen to go a different route, and it's an awesome idea:

This year's cover athletes are Trevor Zegras of the Anaheim Ducks, and Sarah Nurse of Team Canada.

Sarah has medaled twice at the IHF Women's World Hockey Championship (gold in 2021 and bronze in 2019) and twice at the Winter Olympics (gold in 2022 and silver in 2018). She is also the cousin of Edmonton Oilers defenseman Darnell Nurse.
