A full 82-game regular season can become grueling at times.
In a sport as fast and as physical as hockey, teams have to deal with numerous injuries over the course of a season. With that in mind, keeping players in the best shape possible has become the main focus of franchises over the years.
Just a quick glance at the Bruins 2021-22 roster will show you that only forwards
Taylor Hall and
Charlie Coyle have been able to suit up for every one of the B's 79 games so far this year.
With the sport evolving and players needing extra care, Boston went out and hired Paul Whissel back in 2016 to serve as the Bruins' Director of Sports Performance and Rehab.
Thanks to a partnership with top company
Therabody, combined with the expert methods applied by Whissel and his staff, you can see that the Bruins are undoubtedly in good hands.
It's been a hard fought season no doubt, now let's hope the boys get some well-deserved rest and care as they gear up for a long playoff run!
