Over the last couple of seasons we've seen the Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney move on from some key pieces.
David Krejci,
Torey Krug and Zdeno Chara have all moved on from the team while Tuukka Rask's future in Boston is unknown.
The next big question mark is Patrice Bergeron who will be UFA next season.
It's hard to imagine a divorce when it comes to Bergeron and the Bruins, so what exactly could the captain be looking at on his next contract?
According to Lyle Richardson of Bleacher Report, he'll likely take a bit of a pay cut.
Richardson believes the Bruins and Bergeron will come to an agreement on a two year deal worth $6million per season.
It's a bit of a pay cut for the 36 year old who currently carries an AAV of $6.875million but nothing drastic.
Would you give Bergeron this type of deal?
