It's the kind of news Boston fans have been looking forward to.
The Bruins enjoyed some time off before returning to practice today ahead of tomorrow night's thrilling matchup against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
There were quite a few new faces in the building this morning, with Bruins GM Don Sweeney adding some key elements to the roster prior to Monday's trade deadline.
But it's another roster update that generated even more buzz than Lindholm wearing the black and gold colors for the first time.
After sitting out the team's last three games, Boston team captain Patrice Bergeron was also spotted during practice. His return will definitely help boost the gap he left down the middle.
The star forward suffered a laceration on his arm in practice two weeks ago, but appears fully healed and ready to rejoin his teammates on game day as early as tomorrow.
The Bruins are sitting just one point back of the Bolts before tomorrow's promising showdown between the two. The latest practice updates should only add to the hype heading into the long-awaited tilt.
