The Vancouver Canucks hosted the Ottawa Senators on Tuesday night. Although the Senators came away with a 4-3 shootout win, the Canucks didn't let them leave without getting a laugh at the Senators and Leaf's expense first.
Boston Bruins fans are no strangers to rivalries with Ottawa and Toronto, as all three teams are part of the Atlantic Division. The Bruins have had intense matchups with both Ontario clubs in the regular season and, most importantly, in the post-season.
On Tuesday night, the Canucks showed a graphic on their jumbotron taking a stab at the Senators, but an even bigger one at the Maple Leafs.
Check out the tweet below to see what the image said: (description below picure)
The jumbotron is a fake text message conversation between two people which goes as such:
"I can't believe my tinder date showed up in a Senators jersey"
"Could be worse"
"How???"
"Could have been wearing a Leafs jersey 💩"
A funny moment that I think all Bruins fans can relate to!
