Every year on April 15th, the world remembers the ones it lost and the strength and resiliency of the city of Boston.
Nine years ago today, on April 15th, 2013, tragedy struck when two bombs went off at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Three people lost their lives, and hundreds were injured, including 17 that lost limbs.
What came from the tragedy was something special. The city of Boston showed strength and resiliency that you could never imagine. Especially in the sporting world, as the Red Sox, Celtics, and the Bruins rallied together as a way to unify the city.
Remember to dedicate One Boston Day to conducting random acts of kindness and helping others out!
