Offseason fan surveys are in full effect!
Analytics expert @JFreshHockey on Twitter is well-known for fan surveys throughout the NHL offseason. So far this summer, JFresh has done surveys on:
- NHL fanbases (most annoying, bad reputation etc.)
- Best to worst NHL logos
- NHL goaltender rankings

The most recent survey released was a ranking of all the league's defensemen. Over 2200 people voted and ranked, and the results are in; check them out below.
For reference, the scoring is as such:
7 - Elite #1
6 - #1 Defenceman
5 - Top Pair
4 - Top 4
3 - Bottom Pair
2 - Depth Defenceman
1 - Sun-NHL-Level Defenceman
6 - #1 Defenceman
5 - Top Pair
