Update on David Krejci's potential NHL return
When David Krejci left Boston to head home to be closer to family, there were those who wondered if he'd miss the bright lights of the NHL. But this video shows just how much of a star the former Bruins' center is overseas.
This season playing for Olomouc HC, David Krejci currently has 17 goals and 22 assists in 45 games. Krejci also was able to attend the Olympics for his native Czech Republic where he put up a point per game, with 4 points in 4 games.
There has been some speculation that Krejci could return to Boston at the conclusion of his season in March, but according to Don Sweeney there have been no discussions between the Bruins and Krejci's camp.
I haven't had, since the first of the year, any discussions with David [Krejci] in terms of what his plans were. He made an indication around the holidays as to what he's doing. I haven't had any contact with him since.
