Boston Bruins: A solid offer has been placed on the table for Trevor Zegras

The centerman has lost favor in Anaheim and has been named in many trade rumors during the off-season.

According to NHL trade rumors, the Montreal Canadiens made an offer for Zegras that would've seen him wear the original six tricolores of the Habs.

The had GM Kent Hughes sending Logan Mailoux and the Canadiens 1st round pick for Trevor Zegras.

The trade featured Mailoux who hasn't been able to make an NHL roster yet, in the midst of a rebuilding Canadiens team. However, neither teams players true upside has been found yet, a reason for the trade and a fresh start for both players.
