A top Tampa Bay Lightning prospect has just been revealed to be on the market this summer following a recent announcement, and it is looking like the Boston Bruins may just acquire him.
A NHL reporter, Jay Recher, made a post on social media via 'X' on Friday May 2, revealing that the Tampa Bay Lightning's general manager, Julien BriseBois, announced their top prospect is 'unlikely' to sign with the Bolts.

This was nothing less than unexpected, due to Isaac Howard's skill and interest, this caught many off-guard.
However, due to the circumstances, many fans and reports have already begun speculating where this young key-player's future destination will be, and rumour has it, he will be on his way to Boston.
The 21-year old forward signed with the Bolts in 2022 in the 1st-round (31st overall), and spent his 2024/25 season in the NCAA with Michigan State University where he accumulated 26 goals, 26 assists, totalling at a whopping 52 points within just 37 games.
This forward has the potential to bring the Bruins' on-going rebuild to a new extreme, with an immense amount of talent and potential within the organization, Boston's general manager Don Sweeney is in dire need to make this trade happen.
