The NHL recently announced the finalists for the 2024-25 Hart Memorial Trophy, and David Pastrnak was brutally disrespected.
Boston Bruins fans were shocked whenever the NHL released their finalists for Hart Memorial Trophy and David Pastrnak was not a finalists.
Leon Draisaitl, Connor Hellebuyck, and Nikita Kucherov were the three players nominated for the Trophy.

Connor Hellebuyck ended up taking home the award, and also won the Vezina Trophy becoming the first goalie in 10 years to win the Hart Trophy.
David Pastrnak Disrespected By The NHL
Boston Bruins star David Pastrnak was disrespected, especially considering the season he had as he finished 11th overall in voting, completely missing the top 10.
Even though the Boston Bruins had a terrible season, Pastrnak was super impressive and deserved a higher finish.
Pastrnak finished the season with 106 points, third most in the entire NHL. Finished fifth in goals (43), and seventh in assists (63) even after losing multiple key teammates during the NHL trade deadline.
The 29-year-old played a massive role for the Bruins, scoring or assisting on 47.7% of the Bruins goals, becoming the third player to do this since 2000 joining McDavid and Draisaitl.
His statistics prove that he deserved to finish in the top 10, but the NHL punished him due to the teams record being 33-39-10.
Pastrnak did get some recognition though as he was named to the Second Team All-Star.
