A recent report surfaced, revealing the Boston Bruins and Edmonton Oilers could combine for a trade involving an unexpected player.
The Boston Bruins are wanting to make it back to the playoffs this season.
With that being said, the Boston Bruins are rumored to possibly be trading one of their top prospects.
Two top-six players of the Boston Bruins have already been in numerous trade rumors this off-season in Casey Mittelstadt and Pavel Zacha.
Now a new name has surfaced that the Bruins could also end up moving on from.
A reporter recently ended up linking top prospect Fabian Lysell to the Edmonton Oilers.
Lysell linked to the Edmonton Oilers
A Boston Bruins YouTube channel called 'Bruins Diehards' ended up linking Lysell to the Edmonton Oilers.
«Dominic Tiano suggested in my Discord that the Boston Bruins and the Oilers have been having conversations and that Fabian Lysell's name has popped up more than once,» Court Lalonde of Bruins Diehards said.
Before this, the Oilers were never linked to him, but this is not the first time that Dominic Taino has linked the Bruins to a team.
Just a couple weeks ago, Taino ended up reported that the Boston Bruins offered a trade to the Columbus Blue Jackets former first-round pick Yegor Chinakhov.

The Blue Jackets clearly weren't sold on the offer, as they ended up reportedly rejecting the trade offer.
Boston has been linked to the Oilers this off-season though as Bruins Jeremy Swayman was a hot topic linked to the Edmonton Oilers early on into the off-season, and dating back to the NHL trade deadline.
It's unclear whether a deal is in the works or not, but it would be an interesting decision to see the Bruins move on from Lysell.
