Boston Bruins reportedly set to offer sheet the top RFA during the off-season

A recent announcement has unveiled that Boston Bruins' general manager, Don Sweeney, and the organization are set to offer sheet the Buffalo Sabres' top RFA (restricted free agent) this summer, and it is shocking.
The Boston Bruins are undoubtedly in need of legitimate, talented players to improve their roster, whilst boosting their re-tool, and new insight has unfolded revealing the organization may just take the offer sheet route to make that happen.
Reporter, Tommy Bennett, with The Hockey Writers, unveiled a few Boston Bruins targets this offseason, and one specific name comes as extremely intriguing.
The Boston Bruins are expected to target the Buffalo Sabres' top RFA, J.J. Peterka, this summer
«As we've done so far, there are targets for the Boston Bruins to go after via the offer sheet route. Minnesota Wild center Marco Rossi and New York Rangers winger Will Cuylle are very logical candidates for the Bruins to go after. Another key player to hone in on is Buffalo Sabres winger J.J. Peterka.»Wrote Bennett.
The reporter then continued to unveil that according to NHL insider, Frank Seravalli, some players in the roster are seemingly unhappy due to Buffalo's current direction, which can ultimately lead to significant changes, including key-players wanting out of the organization.
«Safe to say, changes are coming, and this is where the Bruins should come in and make a run for Peterka.» Stated Bennett.
The Boston Bruins are evidently in need of boosting their offense and with the addition of Peterka, this would give the organization that extra push.
Although it is uncertain whether or not the Boston Bruins will offer sheet J.J. Peterka, it is expected, and Bruins fans hope Don Sweeney comes in full swing this summer.
