In a year of struggles for the Boston Bruins roster and team as a whole, Team USA's Jeremy Swayman and other members of the team are ending the dreadful season on a high note at the 2025 IIHF World Championships.
Sadly for another Boston Bruin, forward Elias Lindholm, Jeremy Swayman would ultimately shut the door on his Team Sweden's face and eliminate their hopes of making it to the gold medal game, stopping 27 of 29 shots for the win on Saturday.
Swayman has certainly locked into a new gear this off-season, and fans can only hope it doesn't stop moving.
Lindholm scored one of Sweden's only two goals, which wasn't enough and would ultimately lead to Team USA with the opportunity to secure their first gold medal win isince 1993.

With this win, Swayman improved his record to 6-0-0 for the entiee tournament, and has posted a suprising tandem-leading 1.99 goals against average and a .905 save percentage throughout that six game span.
Swayman is now set to take home the ultimate prize, a gold medal, on Sunday today against hungery Switerzland team in search for their first World Championship win in league existence.
