Boston Bruins Stanley Cup Champion goaltender has retired for good

A former Boston Bruins goaltender and Stanley Cup Champion has officially called it a career from professional hockey.
It was just recently announced that Anton Khudobin has officially retired from professional hockey following a 17-year career in the NHL.

During his carer, he ended up playing for six different NHL teams, but was remembered most for his playoff run with the Dallas Stars.
A look back at Khudobin's career
Khudobin ended up appearing in 260 NHL games throughout his career, finishing with a 113-92-33 record, 11 shutouts, a 2.52 goals against average, and a .916 save percentage.
The 39-year-old goaltender was drafted 206th overall by the Minnesota Wild during the 2004 draft, appearing in just six games with them.
Later on he would go play for the Boston Bruins from 2011-2012. He would then go on to play for the Carolina Hurricanes, and Anaheim Ducks before returning back to the Boston Bruins in 2016, and playing with them for another two years.
Then he would go on to play for the Dallas Stars, and Chicago Blackhawks.
His most memorable moment came during the 2020 season when he ended up leading the Dallas Stars to the Stanley Cup Final with a 14-10 record.
Following his 2020 season, he was hampered by hip surgery, and because of this he would bounce between the NHL and AHL, before taking his game to Russia.
The last time he appeared in an NHL game was during the 2022-23 season with the Chicago Blackhawks.
