Bruins organization announces two signings following recent injury news

This morning, Boston Bruins affiliate the Providence Bruins have announced a couple of signings, and along with that, they have also recalled a forward from the ECHL.

According to Providence Bruins GM Evan Gold, the Bruins announced the signings of Christian Wolanin (D) and Shawn Element (F). Both were signed to professional tryout contracts.
Wolanin is a 30-year-old defenseman who played in 58 games for the Abbotsford Canucks last season, scoring 4 goals and 36 assists to help them capture a Calder Cup.

The 6-foot-2, 190-pound defenseman has skated in 86 career NHL games with Ottawa, Los Angeles, Buffalo, and Vancouver, totaling six goals and 17 assists. The Quebec City, Quebec, native was originally selected by Ottawa in the fourth round (107th overall) of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.

Element, on the other hand, is a 25-year-old forward who skated in six games with the Maine Mariners in the ECHL, scoring one goal and four assists.
Element, 25, has skated in six games with the Mariners this season, tallying one goal and four assists. The 5-foot-11, 195-pound forward has skated in 208 career AHL games with Ontario and Syracuse, amassing 29 goals and 26 assists for 55 points. The Victoriaville, Quebec, native signed a one-year contract with the Maine Mariners in September.

Bruins recall another forward

Along with that, the Providence Bruins have also recalled another forward.
Evan Gold announced that Jacob Perreault was recalled from the Maine Mariners. In 13 games this season, Perreault has scored five goals and nine assists for 14 points.
