Boston Bruins star forward, David Pastrnak, has issued a statement regarding a new leadership role he's been given, and we have the details.
Many Bruins fans believed highly skilled forward, David Pastrnak, would be named the next captain for the Boston Bruins organization to replace former veteran, Brad Marchand.
Marchand, who was traded to the Florida Panthers moments before the NHL trade deadline will officially be the last captain of the Boston Bruins' 2025 NHL year.
As it was officially confirmed that this Original Six franchise will be heading into the 2025/26 NHL season.
However, although Pastrnak has not been named the Bruins' next captain, himself, as well as Charlie McAvoy were in fact named the team's only assistant captains heading into the new season.
And new insight has unveiled that Pasta has openingly expressed his perspective regarding his new leadership role so far this training camp.

A recent post on social media, via «X», unveiled a recently issued statement by Pastrnak, as he reveals his perspective about his and McAvoy's new roles.
