Elliotte Friedman has made a massive report confirming a blockbuster trade will be completed involving the Boston Bruins.

After multiple trades involving Darcey Kuemper being traded to the L.A. Kings and Jakob Markstrom was traded to the New Jersey Devils a couple of days ago, the teams interested in Linus Ullmark has been narrowed down.

It was reported by Tom Calautti a Bruins insider that there are still multiple teams interested in acquiring Ullmark being, Colorado, Buffalo, Ottawa, Carolina, and Detroit.

This is a MASSIVE development for the #NHLBruins Now that the #NJDevils are out of the goalie market, teams like Ottawa, LA, Colorado (maybe), Buffalo, Carolina, etc. have less options and may even start a bidding war for Linus Ullmark

Since then conversation for Linus Ullmark has heated up between the Boston Bruins and Ottawa Senators and Elliotte Friedman has confirmed that this has a good chance at being a done deal soon.

Elliotte Friedman on the 32 Thoughts Podcast confirmed the OTT/BOS discussions are very real, and it's gotten to the point where OTT wants an extension in place before paying the price Boston is asking for #nhlbruins

The only hold up is the Ottawa Senators want to make sure that Linus Ullmark is willing to sign an extension with the team before completing a trade.

David Pagnotta did report that two sources have confirmed Ullmark is willing to waive his no-trade clause and accept a trade to the Ottawa Senators.

David cites two sources in reporting that Ullmark would accept a trade to the Senators even if they're on his no-trade list.

Just a matter of time before this deal materializes.
