Former Boston Bruins Player Slams Rich Keefe Over Recent Report Surrounding Marchand And Pastrnak

Former Boston Bruins player turned analyst slammed Rich Keefe over his recent report surrounding Brad Marchand and David Pastrnak.
Last week Boston Bruins captain Brad Marchand and superstar David Pastrnak had to shut down a rumour that Rich Keefe started, stating there was a problem between the two, and Pastrnak has become a big problem in the Bruins locker room.
"The locker room is a disaster, and David Pastrnak is at the center of that. David Pastrnak has told the team he doesn't want to be on a line with Brad Marchand, and it may stem from Brad Marchand calling out Pastrnak for some of his play."
Now, former Boston Bruins player, and now NESN analyst Andy Brickley weighted in on the situation during a conversation with Adam Pellerin on their latest episode of 'The Hockey Hub' podcast.
Brickley played 11 NHL seasons, and four of them were with the Boston Bruins. He went on to speak about how slumps can cause friction.
«When you lose six in a row, there are issues,» Brickley said. « It gets emotional, it gets hard, and it's hard to keep it together as a group, and feelings are hurt. Things are said. You're trying to get each other going.»
« I'm not saying this is what happened. I'm not in the room. That's the domain of the players, and it's always been my mindset, and the way I approach my job is I can be as close to the players as I need to be, but I try to give them that room, that's their sanctuary that's where they come together as a group.»
«There are no indications from my perspective,» he said. «I don't see anything that would lend itself to being such a strong issue that it's hurting the locker room, hurting the team, hurting their performance. I don't see that.»

With how the Bruins have been playing this season, it was only a matter of time before people started to speculate things, but former Boston Bruins player Andy Brickley believes there is no serious problems in the Boston Bruins locker room.
