Joe Sacco speaks on Bruce Cassidy
Joe Sacco spoke with reporters following their practice and had nothing but kind things to say about Bruce Cassidy, and the time they worked together.
"Real good coach," Sacco said about Cassidy. "Prepared. Sees the game well. I thought that he did a real good job getting a lot out of the group. A good all-around coach. Understands the game. He did a really good job, I thought, changing a little bit from the offensive side of the game when he came in... There's a lot of things that he does well as a coach, and I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with him."
When Bruce Cassidy was the head coach of the Boston Bruins, Joe Sacco worked as his assistant for multiple years.
Going off of this statement he made about him, Sacco clearly enjoyed his time with Cassidy.
