Morgan Geekie revealed his true colours towards the Boston Bruins in latest statement to the media

After a very disappointing season for the Boston Bruins last year, Morgan Geekie has recently shared his true colours towards the organization in a statement.
Even though the 2024-25 season was a disaster for the Bruins, there were a couple of bright spots for them, and Morgan Geekie was one of them.
Geekie ended up appearing in 77 games for the Boston Bruins, setting new career highs with 33 goals, 24 assists and 57 points.
He finished they year red hot for the Boston Bruins, being on an 11-game point streak where he scored nine goals, and 19 points over that span.
One of his best games was also against the Hurricanes on April 5th, where he scored five points.
There were moments during the year where Geekie's future with the organization was unclear.
A lot of rumors suggested that the Boston Bruins might trade Geekie, whether it was at the trade deadline, or in the off-season.
Ultimately the Boston Bruins ended up re-signing Geekie, and now he has revealed his true colours towards the organization.

Morgan Geekie excited for the new season
After signing his new contract, recently Geekie had an interview with team reporter Eric Russo, and he shared that he is excited for the new season.
"It's awesome," Geekie said. "I mean, it's one of those things that, obviously, I wanted to stay in Boston. I love the organization. I love the guys. I think last year was pretty unfortunate circumstances for everybody, but I love the group of guys that we have, and the additions we made... I'm excited to see what the future holds and just being prepared for camp come September."
After having a career year, the Boston Bruins are going to be counting on Geekie to have another solid year helping them try to get back into the playoffs.
Morgan Geekie goes 1-on-1 with @erusso22 following a summer skate in Calgary: "[Summer's] been great...I've seen a lot of growth in my game, offensively, defensively and points-wise...just trying to keep things as much the same as I can."
