This morning, NHL insider has revealed that a new head coach has emerged in the Boston Bruins head coaching position and is reportedly a top candidate for the position.
After
firing Jim Montgomery, the Boston Bruins didn't look for a permanent replacement for him. Instead they gave Joe Sacco the 'interim' head coaching position and gave him the chance to prove himself all year.
At the beginning of Sacco's tenure as head coach, the Boston Bruins out performed themselves, but only for a couple of games before returning back to earth.
They would end the season being one of the worst teams in the Atlantic Division, and in the entire league as well finishing last in their Division, and
28th in the league.
Since the off-season began for the Bruins, they have been searching for a new head coach. Sacco is reportedly in the mix for the position, but according to Frank Seravalli, a new head coach has emerged as a top candidate.
