According to one of the most trusted NHL insiders, the Bruins have officially completed a move with a former first-round draft pick and have placed him on waivers.

The Bruins completed a four-player roster transaction today following their recent injury news, and now they have made another move.
With the Bruins already missing Elias Lindholm and Casey Mittelstadt, they lost another top forward in their last game to the Montreal Canadiens.
Viktor Arvidsson ended up leaving the game against the Canadiens in the third period. Today, head coach Marco Sturm confirmed that he is going to be out week-to-week.
With that news, the Bruins ended up recalling Matej Blumel and Riley Tufte and placed Mittelstadt and Arvidsson on injury reserve.
The Bruins have placed Viktor Arvidsson and Casey Mittelstadt on injured reserve and moved Jordan Harris to LTIR.
Now the Bruins have placed a forward on waivers, making him available for free.

Beecher placed on waivers

Elliotte Friedman revealed that the Bruins have officially placed former first-round pick John Beecher on waivers, making him available for free to every other team in the league.

The reason is to reassign him to the Providence Bruins in the American Hockey League, but with his potential and age, there is a good chance a team claims him and he doesn't clear the waiver wire.
