The Boston Bruins Organization Has Made A Transaction
On December 15, Evan Gold, the General Manager of the Providence Bruins, made an announcement regarding the team's roster. The Providence Bruins have decided to bring defenseman Ethan Ritchie back into the fold, recalling him from his stint with the Maine Mariners.
At 21 years old, Ritchie has showcased his skills in 19 games during the initial phase of the 2023-24 season with the Mariners, contributing with one goal and one assist. Standing at an imposing 6 feet and weighing 204 pounds, the defenseman from Oakville, Ontario, brings a robust presence to the team.
Before making the jump to the professional scene, Ritchie spent four seasons in the OHL, splitting his time between the Kingston Frontenacs and the Sarnia Sting, amassing a total of 89 points in 164 career OHL games.
Ethan Ritchie embarked on his professional journey by signing a one-year AHL deal with the Providence Bruins on July 1, marking a significant step in his hockey career.
