With the Toronto Maple Leafs now being eliminated from the playoffs, there is a lot of speculation regarding Mitch Marner's future with the organization. Well NHL insider Frank Seravalli has revealed how much the Boston Bruins are going to have to pay to acquire Marner this off-season.
Boston is expected to bring in some secondary scoring this off-season, and the perfect player was just eliminated from the playoffs after losing game 7 to the Florida Panthers.
Sweeney stated multiple times that the Boston Bruins will be looking to bring in some secondary scoring this off-season and Mitch Marner seems like the perfect option for the Bruins.
Frank Seravalli Reveals The Price The Bruins Have To Pay To Acquire Marner
Trusted NHL insider Frank Seravalli of the Daily Faceoff recently revealed his
top 50 NHL free agents board, and along with it, he revealed what teams will have to pay to sign Mitch Marner.
It is reportedly going to cost Don Sweeney and the Boston Bruins $13 million per year if they want to sign him.
It's hard to see him returning to a team that tried to trade him during the NHL trade deadline, and now it will be interesting to see if the Bruins are in the mix for him.
