In an unfortunate turn of events, tragedy struck the promising future of Boston Bruins top prospect Cole Spicer.
The young talent, playing for Minnesota-Duluth, is now facing academic ineligibility, forcing him out for the remainder of the season.

Spicer, a 2022 4th round pick, had showcased his potential with an impressive record of 5 goals, 4 assists, and 9 points in 17 games at the age of 19.
Sounds like Spicer will have to take another route for hockey. There are options, but I'm not sure the Bruins will reward him with a contract.
