An unexpected Boston Bruin has been placed as the top trade candidate for the upcoming off-season in the NHL.

Linus Ullmark made it clear to the Boston Bruins that he wants to stay with the team, him and Swayman have grown an inseparable bond together, and have been one of the best tandems in the league.

Recent reports have revealed that the Boston Bruins management might approach Ullmark again and see if he will waive his no-trade clause like he was during the trade deadline, but ultimately blocked a trade that would've sent him to the Los Angeles Kings.

Frank Seravalli of the Daily Faceoff has placed Linus Ulmark as #2 on the trade block this off-season. Seravalli also mentioned that there are about 6 teams that have or will show interest in Linus Ullmark.

And Ullmark will be one of the hottest commodities on the trade market over the next five weeks. In addition to the Kings, keep an eye on the Sens. Ullmark reminded us his no-trade' list is in place for a reason, though.

Ullmark has one season left on his deal at $5 million, and has proven he can be a number one goalie for any team, winning the Vezina Trophy last year with the Boston Bruins.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Linus Ullmark, obviously he doesn't want to leave the Boston Bruins, and has some say in where he goes, but it seems like he will be a different team come next year.
