The Florida Panthers are once again getting away with cheap shots, and they just got away with another one in game 4 against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Lightning's forward Brandon Hagel started the cheap shots during game 2 of the series when he threw a massive open ice hit on captain Aleksander Barkov which he would end up receiving a suspension for.
Brandon Hagel was suspended 1 game for his hit on Aleksander Barkov.

Below is the video explanation of the reasoning behind the suspension
In game three, Matthew Tkachuk responded by throwing his own in the dying minutes of the game on Jake Guentzel, but unlike Hagel, he would not be suspended for this hit.
Cheap shots are all Tkachuk knows. Stay soft, coward. Dirty. Spineless. Overrated. That's the Tkachuk legacy
The Florida Panthers in game four, took exception to Hagel's hit during game two whenever Aaron Ekblad had a massive hit on Hagel right in front of the official, that could have easily been called a penalty.
Now there has been worse hits we have seen, but it just seems like the Florida Panthers always get away with these dirty plays, and a perfect example of that is the Sam Bennett hit on Marchand that injured him last year in the playoffs.
After the hit, Jon Cooper was fired up on the bench.
After being on the receiving end of the hit, Hagel ended up going right down the locker room.
