9 more players placed on waivers Thursday

On Thursday, nine more players were placed on waivers, as the 2022-23 NHL officially begins Friday!
The Nashville Predators and San Jose Sharks are in Europe for the Global Series and will play their first regular season game against each other in Prague, Czech Republic.
Even though the Sharks and Predators start the regular season, all other teams will wait until next week. Before then, clubs continue to cut players down to their 23-man rosters for opening night.
Nine more players were placed on waivers, and as per NHL insider Elliotte Friedman
