The Boston Bruins were able to salvage two points from their very disappointing Western Canadian road trip.
The team went 1-1-2 with their only win coming in the final game against the Senators.
Boston will be happy to be back in town as they're currently holding a perfect 3-0-0 record at TD Garden so far this season.
Bruins forward
David Pastrnak has been ripping through the NHL and currently has 10 goals on the season tied with Toronto Maple Leafs forward
Auston Matthews for the league lead and with Toronto resting tonight, the Bruins forward could take the league lead.
Bad news for the Bruins on the blue line means good news for youngster Jeremy Lauzon who's expected to make his NHL debut tonight on a pairing with Steven Kampfer.
Charlie McAvoy, Kevan Miller,
Torey Krug and
Urho Vaakanainen are all sidelined with injuries as is forward David Backes.
The Flyers come to town having lost two of their last three games and it won't be easy for Philadelphia who have a 1-6-2 record in Boston going back to 2012.
Jaroslav Halak gets the start for the Bruins while Brian Elliott gets the start for the Flyers for the game which can be seen on NESN.
Here's tonight's full projected lineups:
Matt Grzelcyk -- John Moore
Jeremy Lauzon -- Steven Kampfer
Oskar Lindblom -- Mikhail Vorobyev -- Wayne Simmonds
Dale Weise -- Jori Lehtera -- Corban Knight
