Peewee hockey team gets surprise message from NHL player

NHL players are always proud of where they come from and what got them to where they are now.
Patrice Bergeron, the captain of the Boston Bruins, is one of those guys. A true class act and a guy who obviously cares about his community, like his team.
The 2009 Jr. Boston Bruins got to go to the 2022 Pee Wee International Tournament, held in Quebec this year. The event usually takes place in February, but due to Covid restrictions, it was pushed until May.
Bergeron being a Quebec native as well, was pleased to send a video to the young boys who are on a trip of a lifetime. Like a true captain, he says, "Play for each other, play hard, and HAVE FUN!" (Probably the same pep talk he gives his teammates before games)
Good on Bergy for sending the video to the kids! A moment they will never forget. Watch the video below:
