The Boston Bruins are looking to add some help on their second line and even possibly first line with David Pastrnak sidelined.
General manager Don Sweeny said Pastrnak's injury won't change his deadline plans so we might not see a home run, but without a doubt he needs to add secondary scoring.
The Anaheim Ducks are going through a disaster of a season and will likely look to overhaul their roster before next season.
The Fourth Period has listed the Bruins as one of five teams which have shown interest in Ducks forward Jakob Silfverberg.
The Ducks have been trying to sign him to an extension however haven't had any luck, so the Ducks could be willing to move him if they can't get a deal done.
Sweeney likely wouldn't give up a lot for Silfverberg as he'll be UFA when summer comes and would have a chance to sign him to an extension.
He's a big body at 6'1 204 lbs and currently has 13 goals and eight assists in 48 games.
Do you think the 28 year old would be a good fit on the Bruins?
