NHL official gets helped off the ice after getting blasted in the head by puck

The ugly scene happened during Thursday night's game between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Calgary Flames.
Linesman Jesse Marquis was hit in the head with a puck in the second period and had to be helped off the ice. It was an unfortunate play that did not look good for the official.
It was Flames forward
Trevor Lewis who saw his dump-in (let's call it a full-on wrist shot) hit the official by accident as he was being screened by Tampa defenseman
Mikhail Sergachev.
As you can see from the video below, the linesman was clearly shaken up on the play. He needed assistance to get back on his feet and was escorted all the way to the Calgary bench.
At the time of this writing, the NHL had yet to issue an official update on Marquis' condition. However, this Flames beat reporter was able to gather some information during last night's post-game media conference:
