The pain of Linus Ullmark's exit from Boston is felt to this day, as he will get a fresh start, as the Ottawa Senators' new starting goalie.
Of course, he wanted to be traded but along the way led to a lot of speculation as to why, and of course finding him a new home wasn't easy.
However, some people conjure their own fiction, as a way of gaining clout, and followers or just to cause problems, like this tweet below:

As you can see, someone is speculating that Linus Ullmark left due to Jeremy Swayman's girlfriend? Not only is this notion harmful, but it is beyond ridiculous someone would spread a rumor like this about someone, they don't know.
You can see clearly the motivation, as they two tweeters have ultimately admitted to jealousy.
So it's definitely a great look for NHL fans to spread rumors about their favorite team and/or players.
Not at all unwell behavior.
